Back to 400s again this week. The main set will be 10 x 400m with 200m recovery jog. Everybody should be keeping a record of their own track sessions and look for an improvement in times and consistency across the season.

The session starts at 7:00pm on the Sonia O’Sullivan Track in the UCC Grounds on the Mardyke. St Finbarr’s are on the track for the hour before us and there is a juvenile session on immediately after us.
