Week 3 of the hill sessions and pushing the number of repeats up to eight. Noel O’Regan will be taking the session this week. Usual meeting arrangements; meet at the carpark on the city side of the Kingsley Hotel on the Straight Road at 6:30pm, come ready to run
Even though the evenings are getting brighter please continue to wear some Hi-Viz gear. If accessible there will be a short warm up, running up to mid-way on the Lee Fields and back via the walkway across the Kingsley Bridge and over to Rose Hill
