Run Alone Wednesday December 28th

No club run again this week but I know a few people got together to do a tempo session. For anyone doing aa set again this week here is a suggested session


Easy warm-up, 2-3km

A few strides to get a bit of pace in the legs

8 minutes at tempo pace with 4 minutes easy jog recovery

2 x 4 minutes at tempo with 2 minutes easy jog recovery

4 x 2 minutes at tempo with 1 minute recovery

Cool down at least 5 minutes at an easy pace

If you are on an open road or anywhere there is traffic please wear some Hi-Viz clothing or some form of lighting
