Week 3 of the hill climb block.
Warm-up this week, we will head up to the carpark mid way along the Lee Fields and back along the river walkway, assuming it is not flooded! Other than that same format as last week with most people doing 8 x climbs but this is not compulsory, if you feel your fitness is not up to 8 just do 5 or 6. As last week slower runners turn as the faster runners come back down the hill. You only have to do what you feel is within your experience/fitness level.

Meet at the carpark on the city side of the Straight Road at 6:30pm. Please wear some Hi-Viz clothing or some form of lighting.
