Finally, we can begin to indoor spinning at Leisureworld Bishopstown
Focus will be working to power.
The first session next Tuesday will be a shorter intro session, getting used to bikes etc.
Starting at 7pm. Cost e35 for the 7 weeks.
Only 15 bikes available.
The bikes will be the same as we have used previously, but for the moment will not use the stagesflight app…so no need to book a specific bike.
Covid requirements will be as per Leisureworld
