Great session of 400s last week with the groups keeping very even pace across the session. Given the late season there are a lot of races happening from now to the end of September and beyond. These sessions will run to the end of September so people need to manage their own taper and recovery. If races are on Saturday a full 4800m (usual session length) would not be advisable. For those doing races on Sunday they just need to balance their recovery with the desire/need to do a full track session on the Wednesday, particularly if they have done half distance or longer. Anyway we are back to 800s this week with a full set of 6 x 800m.
Usual arrangements apply, meeting by the Pavilion before 7:00pm and entering by the side gate when St Finbarr’s leave, then leave by the gate on the first bend at the end of the session. Please register here on Eventbrite.
