Run Alone Sessions Week Beginning April 5th

Apologies for the late post this week, things got ahead of me. Time at tempo this week is 25 minutes. A simple 5 x 5 minutes at tempo, simple, not easy. Try to keep the pace even across the 5 repetitions that means it should begin to feel more difficult as you progress across the full set.


10-15 minute easy warmup

5-6 strides of about 60m long, 60m recovery

5 x 5 minutes at tempo with 2.5 minute recovery jog

10 – 15 minute easy cool down

Please don’t gather in groups to do these sessions, with any luck we should be able to have some element of group training in May
