There was a great turnout to the first of our Women’s social turbo sessions over zoom, so we’ll be rolling together again from the comfort of our sheds, kitchens, spare rooms… the set for the session will be as follows:
- 10 mins warmup
- 3 sets of (4 mins @70% effort, 1 min @90% effort)
- 5 mins easy/recovery
- 3 sets of (4mins @70% effort, 1 min@90% effort)
- 10min cool down
It’ll take about 60mins, start with a quick overview of the session and time for any questions, then we’ll get stuck in! The leaders for the session are Valerie O’Driscoll & Catherine Redmond. If you don’t have a turbo and are just getting started with the club, feel free to join in on the session for the chats. Each session will be for cyclists of all levels and everyone can work at the level of intensity they are comfortable with.
All you need is your bike, turbo trainer, a towel & bottle of water and of course any questions you have!
