Government restrictions have been loosened but we will not hold a club run session until next week June 17th. We will be limited to a maximum of 15 in any group and preregistration will be a requirement. We are hoping to have two groups with different coaches doing different sessions. More about these sessions over the next few days.
For this week I would suggest sticking to groups of 4 club mates maximum. Again pick your location carefully remember we still have 2M social distancing between athletes doing the session and more importantly between runners and anyone you might meet while on the run. Be nice and give walkers a wide berth.
Suggested session for this week:
Easy warm up, circa 2km plus a few strides
5 x 5 minutes at tempo with 2 minutes recovery jog
Cool down easy 1-2km
