Thank you all for your patience to date and well done for continuing to comply with the guidelines. As the country starts to ease back on the lockdown restrictions, we need to continue to work together and stay aligned with the rules.

What does this mean for Cork Tri Club training?
Phase 1: Club training continues to be on hold. Informal training with up to 4 members is possible with strict social distancing and within your 5km. The 4 members should remain same, no mixing of groups of 4.
Phase 2: We will look to resume some club training aligning with training protocols and are waiting for further detail on numbers etc.
Please note: Open Water swimming is now permitted, but only possible if OW is within 5km of your home. We appreciate everyone is really eager to get in the water and we urge members to be sensible with their return to water after not swimming for many weeks, and to always swim safely. Read more around swim safety here. For those new to open water, please wait as we intend to start some Newbie Open Water swim sessions during Phase 2, stay tuned for details!
