After a couple of long rest days, it’s about time we got stuck into another CTC Challenge! ? This one is a 14 day strength challenge focused on multi-sport endurance ??♀️ ? ??♀️ This was created with the help of club member John Phelan aka The BikeFit Physio and consists of 5 exercises with a set time each, with the aim to focus on technique rather than number of reps. John has kindly put some videos together also demonstrating each of the exercises featuring his lovely assistant Roisín ?? The time is the total per exercise and should be split between right / left leg etc. Challenge starts today! ??
