Hey guys, we’re going to trial a couple of online group training sessions for members over the coming week or so, if successful/sufficient interest & attendance, we’ll keep them running each week.
Thursday 9th Apr @7pm: Strength & Conditioning Class
This class will be run by Adam Doyle of DT Fitness, Adam is a club member & keen triathlete, the session will be 30-40mins in duration and requires no equipment, the session will be on the Cork Tri club Facebook live, so get off the couch and join in at 7pm!
Tuesday 14th April @7pm: Pilates
Next Tuesday, Lorna Cummins will host a Pilates class through Zoom. Lorna is also a club member, a physiotherapist & has been hosting pilates classes for some time now and will be familiar to many members. For the pilates class, please register in advance, so that the zoom invite can be circulated via email ahead of the class.
