We are appealing to our members & friends to strictly adhere to the government guidelines around social distancing including while out training. This may mean running or cycling alone & always maintaining the recommended 2m distance between other people. Swimming should never be alone, but keep your group small, 2 or 3 people and maintain your distance. It is our responsibility to get this right, please play your part. Now is not the time for group rides, runs or swims. We need to respect & protect each other until such time that this storm has passed & normal activities can resume.
