No Wednesday Run

As per the Ti and National Emergency Guidelines there obviously will be no club run this week or for quite a few weeks. If people are still getting out for a run themselves, try not to just “go for a run”. Try to keep a bit of variety in your running by keeping a bit of tempo in your week. Still lots of places where you can do these sets without traffic. Stay safe. In line with what we had been doing up to this a suggestion for this week:

Reasonable 10-15 minute warm-up

Tempo Set

5 minutes at tempo with 2 minute recovery jog

5 x 3 minutes at tempo with 1 minute recovery jog

5 minutes at tempo

Easy cool down
