Track Session Wednesday 28th August

That time of year folks, last track session of the season.  As you know I reversed the usual sequence so that we would finish this week with 400s.  For those doing the Lost Sheep, would definitely not recommend a full session.  Most important to get to the race fresh not tired.  People should know their own capacity for recovery. I would think about 6 of the proposed 12 reps would be enough but don’t be afraid to do fewer.  This is just a sharpener, all the work has already been done.  For anyone racing later in September, feel free to do the full 12.  As this is the last session our social committee (Emer and Roisin) and our chairwoman have arranged ice cream to finish the summer and not just a cool box but a whole ICE CREAM VAN.  Meet at the usual time of 7:00pm in the UCC Grounds on the Mardyke
