A reversal of the sequence for the final round of track sessions. Instead of starting with 400s and working up to 1600s we will begin round with the 1600s. The main reason for this is that I want to finish the final week (August 28th) on 400s this will enable those doing the Lost Sheep to incorporate the track session as part of their taper. So for this week that much loved session 3 x 1600m with an 800m recovery. As usual try to keep the pace even across each of the laps in the 1600s and even pace across the 3 1600s. Meet at the usual time of 7:00pm on the Sonia O’Sullivan track in the UCC grounds on the Mardyke.
