Back to 400s again this week, holding the number at 12, but with a slightly shorter recovery. This is the 4th iteration of 400s people should be looking for some improvement (time reduction) over the summer? As usual looking for consistency across the session, even times across the 12 reps, while at the same time working very hard. Again everyone needs to balance recovery and race preparation. We should have some additional help on the sidelines this week. Usual arrangements, meeting at 7:00pm on the Sonia O’Sullivan Track in the UCC grounds on the Mardyke.
