Track Session Wednesday 23rd July

Back to the mixed distance session for this week.  As usual this session is a pace exercise as well as being a tough enough session in its own right.  So the session is 400s, 800s and finishes with a single 1600m.  It is difficult enough to get this session right, most people start too quickly on the 400s and can’t hold the pace over the 8s or 16.  In terms of feel, you should be cruising through the 400s, working over the 800s and digging deep for the 1600.  Meet at the usual time; 7:00pm on the Sonia O’Sullivan track in the UCC grounds on the Mardyke
