Wednesday Track Session July 10th

Back up to 800s again this week.  A straight forward session of 6 x 800m with 400m recovery in between 8s.  Meet at the usual time of 7:00pm at the Sonia O’Sullivan track in the UCC grounds on the Mardyke.  Usual health warnings in terms of recovery and preparation for next weekend’s races.  Anyone who did a sprint last weekend should be ok for the full session.  People need to decide for themselves if the have races the coming weekend.  If racing on Saturday a slightly reduced session might be called for, maybe 4 x 800m.
