Track Session Wednesday May 2nd

Straight 800s this week, five of them.  As last week a little bit of whip cracking in terms of sorting into groups.  The last time we did 800s the pace was all over the place with a very fast first rep and then a wind down for the rest, hopefully we can correct that this week!  Usual format for the session with dynamic warm-up strides and main set.

Meet at the usual time 7:00pm at the Sonia O’Sullivan track in the UCC Sports Grounds on the Mardyke.  If warming up early just be mindful that St Finbarr’s are on the track before us, stay on the outside lanes.
