Group spin classes are starting at Leisure World Bishopstown on Thursday Jan 11th.
These classes will use “Stages flight” experience https://www.
There’s a large screen at the front of the class displaying the session profile and each bikes individual work effort. Users can create a profile online for more detailed data analysis etc.
The bikes are Stages SC3 indoor bikes with individual digital displays, Power Meters, ANT+ and Bluetooth
The focus of the classes will be working to Power zones.
All abilities are welcome.
Start date: Thursday 11th Jan, 7-8pm.
Cost: €30 for 6 classes (subsidised by the club)

There are limited numbers of bikes, so act fast once registration opens!
