Wednesday Track Session 28th June

From conversations last week, looks like everyone will love this week, it’s back to 800s.  Fairly straight forward session, main set is 5 x 800m with 400m recovery between the 8s.  As usual individuals have to assess their recovery if racing last weekend at HotW or race preparation if doing Jailbreak this coming weekend.  Meet at the usual time of 7:00pm at the track on the UCC Sports ground on the Mardyke.
