Track Session Wednesday 21st June

Summer Solstice Session at the track tomorrow evening.  So for any of you who need to get a way early to light bonfires on the local hill tops, reducing slightly the volume of the session.  There is always a “but” with a session like this and there is with this one, looking for an increase in intensity over a set of 400s.  So the main set will be 10 x 400m divided into 2 blocks of 5.  Everybody should be looking for at least a 2 second improvement over their first 400m session this year.  There should be enough recovery time between this session and anyone doing Hell of the West on Saturday, if in doubt cut the session to 8 x 400m.
