Track Session Wednesday 24th May

Warm and humid forecast for tomorrow evening, perfect for track running!  Tough session in store with repeat 1600 (miles in another language) with 800m recovery.  For the less experienced in the group I would suggest sticking to repeat 1200s.  meet at the usual time of 7:00pm at the UCC track on the Mardyke.
