Track Session Wednesday May 10th

Another big crowd out again last week, with the good weather set to continue we should see a repeat again tomorrow evening.  Moving up again in distance from last week.  Main session is a set of 5 x 800m with a single 400m in advance of the 800s, 400m pace to be held for the 5 x 800.  The session will take the usual format easy warm-up, dynamic stretch, strides, main set and cool down.  Session is suitable for all levels from beginner to elite.  Meet at the usual time of 7:00pm at the Sonia O’Sullivan Track on the UCC grounds at the Mardyke.  Reminder that there is now security on the gate to the Mardyke because of the parking situation, you may not be allowed in if not a member of the Mardyke Arena, there is street parking locally plus in the car park on the Straight Road, just a short jog away.
