Wednesday Run 29th March

As mentioned last week for the last run before we hit the track next week we are going to head out to the Blarney Running Trail.  A great opportunity to get off the road and run on a different surface.  It looks like the weather might be a bit wet so don’t take your best running shoes and if you have trail shoes wear those.  The trail takes the water very well so it should not be too soft.  Meet at the usual time of 6:30pm at the car park at the trail.  It costs €3 to use the trail payable to the owners at the coffee shop in the car park.  If anyone need s lift out, put a post saying this in the comments on the FB post, some of us could pick you up at about 6:00pm at our usual meeting spot (Straight Road).  The trail is on the R617 as you leave Blarney village heading towards the main Cork/Limerick road.  Here is a link to the Google Map location.  The trail itself is about 3km, we can do a little fartlek running to spice it up a little.  Looking forward to seeing you out there.
