Because of the missed dates due to the hockey internationals and track repairs two dates have been added to the track season. This week the session will 5 x 1km with a 200m recovery. Usual format for the session with warm up stretch, strides and main set. As usual there is personal responsibility and decision making depending on recovery from last weekend or those planning on doing the Jailbreak this coming weekend.
