Hockey tournament is over so back to the track again this week. Just for a bit of variation from the round of 4s, 8s, and 16s we will do 5 x 1000m (1km). Format for the session will be the usual easy jog to start, dynamic stretch, strides, main set and cool down. As normal start will be at 7:00pm on the Sonia O’Sullivan Track at the UCC grounds on the Mardyke.
