Track Session Wednesday July 13th

Athletics Track_UCCTrack session this week is 400s with the option of either 10 or 12 repeats.  Suggestion is to do the complete set without a mid-set 400m break? As usual at this time of year people have to make the individual call on both intensity and length of the set depending on the proximity of the next race.  There are a few people heading to the 2 Provinces Sprint National Championships in Lanesboro, Co. Longford.  The recovery time is slightly reduced from previous weeks.
