Lost Sheep Middle Distance Triathlon

Registration for the Lost Sheep which takes place on September 3rd  this year will open in 2 waves.  This year the Lost Sheep is the National Middle Distance Championship race.  The registration will be through the Triathlon Ireland website.  The first 200 entries will be available at 8:00am on April 12th and the last 200 on April 26th at 9:00pm
