We put out a ‘wake up’ call 8 weeks ago when announcing the start of a block of CTC core and turbo sessions. There has been good attendence at these and a great attitude shown by members of all abilities and experience as these sessions progressed and became more challenging as the weeks went by. Feedback has been very positive.
The main goal of these sessions along with all other CTC sessions is to provide the backbone of some structured training in your week. An emphasis is also put on the sharing of the large body of knowledge and experience within the club. We want to provide everyone with the basic knowledge and training environment that will help them move to the next level, whatever that is. All abilities are welcome.
Now we’re sending out another wake up call for people to start to put some shape on their weekly training routine. We’re kicking off another block of turbo and core sessions in January. These blocks will last 12 weeks, taking us up to when the clocks change in March. The cost is only €24 for each. Turbo starts on Monday Jan 4th and core starts on Tuesday Jan 12th. Both sessions take place in Highfield RFC hall.
