Wednesday Run December 2nd

Nov4_15Back to more normal routine this week.  The suggested session is 3 x 5min with 2 min recovery jog and then 2 x 3min with 90s recovery jog.  meet at the usual place and time; end of the Straight Road opposite the Crow’s Nest Pub at 6:30pm.  Jog o the Business Park on the Model Farm Road and start the session.  Katie Hickson will lead the session again this week.

3 x 5 min tempo 2 min recovery jog

2 x 3 min tempo 90 sec recovery jog
