Track Session Wednesday Aug 12th

Aerial_trackProposed session for this week is repeat 500s with 200m recovery.  Each one to be done at 5km pace.  Andrew O’Leary will again take the session.  Meet at the usual time of 7:00pm at the Sonia O’Sullivan Track, UCC Grounds the Mardyke. As usual the track sessions are open to juniors.




Warm Up

10-15 min easy jog

Dynamic stretch

5 x 60m strides

Main Set

8 x 500m with 200m jog recovery

(For those looking for reduced set, substitute 400m)

Cool Down

5-10 min easy jog
