As suggested last week we will go with a 5000m/3000m time trial this week. Start with the usual warm-up and dynamic stretch plus strides. Propose 2 x 400m tempo strises then depending on personal preferences either 3000m or 5000m time trial. We will try to have the digital clock at the track so people can take their own time as they cross the line and see lap times. Start at the usual time of 7:oopm at the UCC track.
