Track Session Wednesday June 24th (As usual Juniors Welcome)

Run_HBNo updated session on the DTT programme for this week.  With a good number of people heading to Kilkee for Hell of the West, a straight forward session of 10 x 400m is proposed.  As usual it is up to individuals to decide what suits their race preparation and can manage the number of reps and pace themselves. For those looking for a shorter session 10 x 300m would suit.



Warm Up

10-15 min easy jog

Dynamic stretch

5 x 60 stride outs

Main Set

10 x 400m with 200m recovery jog

(Alternative session 10 x 300m with 100m recovery jog)

Cool Down

5 – 10 min easy jog
