Wednesday Track Session June 17th

Aerial_trackSame health warning as usual this time of year.  We are bang slap in the middle of the tri season so people need to make judgement calls on recovery and not over doing it if racing this coming weekend.  Also some people may train right through smaller events as part of their training for their “A” race of the year.  Mixed bag this week 800s, 400s and 200s.  Weather probably won’t be as nice as last week but hopefully we will still get a good group.  Usual time and place; 7:00pm at the Sonia O’Sullivan Track on the Mardyke (UCC).
