As we are now into the race season, with some people on recovery (Valentia and Carlow) and some people racing next weekend (Lough Cutra) members will have to make individual decisions about how much of the session that they want to do. This week is again a mixed set, of 600s, 400s and 200s. Weather is supposed to start improving on so will hopefully will be ok for the ssession.
