Track Session Wednesday May 6th

Aerial_trackStraightforward session this week with repeat 800s.  For those looking for a slightly easier set we have repeat 600s.  Weather forecast does not look too bad but it might be a little breezy.  The 800 should be done at about 5k race pace.  Easy recovery jog between the 800s.



Warm Up

Easy jog 10-15min

Dynamic Stretch

5 x 60m Strides

Main Set

5 x 800m with 200m recovery jog

Cool Down

10 min easy jog
