Track Session Wednesday 29th April

Aerial_trackWeather looks like it won’t be quite as balmy as previous Wednesdays but hopefully we will keep our big numbers.  The session is quite straight forward, repeat 400s.  This will make it much easier for people to keep even paced compared to the mixed distances.  Meet at the usual time of 7:00pm ready to run, at the UCC track on the Mardyke.

 

Session

Warm Up:

10-15 mins easy jog

Dynamic stretch

6x60m strides.

Main set:

2x(5×400 w. 200m recovery jog) take 400 easy between the sets

Cool Down:

15 mins easy.
