Last session for the current season, we will still try to keep the run time slot going but not on the track. This weeks session is geared towards those doing the Lost Sheep on Saturday. This is the session that Harry recommends prior to an endurance race. The main set is repeat kilometres with 400m jog in between. Back on the track next March, well done to everyone who turned up regularly, it was great for a first time on the track for the club.
