Track session this week is repeat 800m. There will be the option of 5 or 6 800s. The session will take the usual format of easy jog to start, dynamic stretch, 6 x 60m strides, main set and cool down. Usual health warning about balancing racing schedule and recovery. Kinsale is coming on Saturday so anyone doing it would possible be better to confine the number to the first set (3 x 800m).
