Slightly more complex session this week with mixed distances. Usual health warning about balancing race preparation and race recovery at this point in the season. A lot of people will be doing either Hook or by Crook in Dunmore East or Tri Monkstown, it’s better going into a race fresh rather than over-tired, know your own capabilities/limits! The session is 800m, 600m, 400m and 200m then repeat. There is 200m jog recovery between each.
