Track Session Wednesday 28th May

Aerial_trackTrack session this week looks very long and hard.  Remember again, this is the middle of the racing season, so everyone needs to balance recovery from last weekend’s racing or preparation for next weekend against the length and intensity of the session.  Individuals should cut some of the latter reps if tired or feel the session might be too much in advance of a Saturday race.  Andrew O’Leary will be taking the session this week.

Warm Up

  • 2x600m HARD w. 200m jog recovery
  • 2x400m HARD w. 200m jog recovery

  • 2x200m HARD w. 100m jog recovery
