Track Session Wednesday 14th May

greek_runSession this week is a mix of 800m and 400m.  Recovery is quite short and the session is hard.  Just 200m jog recovery between the 800s and 100m between the 400s.  Again people have to be aware of their own race schedules and the intensity of the other sessions in the week as well and pitch the track session accordingly. Usual format, warm up, dynamic stretch, main set and cool down.
