AthleticsUCCTrackTrack session this week, distance in main set up to 1km repeats.  Meet at the usual time of 7:00pm at the UCC track on the Mardyke.


15 min warm-up jog

Dynamic stretch

6 x 60m strides

Main Set

300m build pace through the 300, 100m very slow jog recovery

3 x 1km as 1) STEADY, 2) TEMPO, 3) HARD with 200m slow jog recovery

Cool Down

10-15 min easy jog
