A number of club members are very interested in doing some cycle racing as part of their preparation for the full tri season, hence the club is now also affiliated to Cycling Ireland. This gives members the facility to take out a race licence with CI at a somewhat reduced rate. It is also possible for those that are interested to take out a one day licence on race day at registration. For those that would like to dip their toe in cycle racing close to home, Aquablue (with whom a number of CTC members are racing) are hosting a race at Minane Bridge on March 30th.
