The proposed set for this weeks tempo run is from the intermediate set (week 12) of the DTT training programme.
Usual warm-up and 6 x 60m stride outs
Main Set
4 x 2 mins
4 x 3 mins
all with 90s recovery
Cool down
The Lee Fields are flooded again plus there is a lot of mud and debris from the trees on the path so we will head to the Model Farm Road Industrial Park again. Some people got a bit confused last week but we still all meet up at the car park opposite the Crows Nest at 7:00pm sharp.
