As we are getting nearer to competition season and to make the Sunday Cycle a better training session at least one group will skip the mid-cycle coffee and cake stop. Obviously if some people want to stop that is fine too. If people still want a social element it will be possible to go some where in the city for a post session coffee. The proposal is that from the first Sunday in March (March 2nd) this regime will start. If enough people turn up (numbers have been great so far this year) we can divide into like minded groups at the start. We could have three options, beginners, regulars with coffee stop and longer faster with no stop.
