Training Resources

Do you prefer to look before you leap?  More of a theorist than a practitioner?  Or just new to the sport and don’t have a clue?

I’ve just set up a new page of training resources containing some useful links to tips, tricks, how-tos and who-dunnits 😉

If you’re a beginner, I’d strongly recommend you go in and follow some of the cycling links as that tends to be a problem area for many.

This page is in it’s infancy and will be built up as a resource over time.
