The Wednesday club runs have now been repurposed as an interval session. Therefore we have decided to kick off another club run on Fridays. This run will be a steady aerobic run. We’ll start off with a distance of 5 miles along the walkway out by Hop Island. We can vary/progress this as the weeks go by to suit people’s needs.
This run will kick these off on Friday, Jan 24th 2014.
Leaving Harty’s Quay car park in Rochestown @ 6pm.
